One of our favourite warm-ups! Using concepts of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Athletic Therapist Michelle Meckling leads you through an “add-on” warm up. This is a perfect way to prepare for a workout, adding compound movements to prep your muscles and joints, and gradually increase your heart rate and body temperature or can be used as a stand-alone for mindful movement.
