Client Testimonials

Don’t take our word for it – here’s what our clients say:

I am a registered occupational therapist who has referred clients to Julia for just under a decade. My clients have commented on her personalized programs that are well customized to each individual, no matter the diagnosis, age or experience with yoga and rehabilitation. She is thorough, personable and has a wide repertoire of skills that will help with your posture, flexibility, core strength and pain management if needed. Julia will ensure that by the end of the sessions you will have an excellent home program and tools to continue the exercises and poses on your own.

Working with Julia was always a gratifying experience. She was very thorough in addressing my areas of concern and creating a wonderful flow of strengthening, increasing mobility and restoring my body as needed. Her yoga therapy was especially beneficial during and post pregnancy. The added element of mental awareness that comes with practicing yoga is such a wonderful component to the sessions as it helps you clear your mind and focus on your healing. I would highly recommend yoga therapy as an alternative to traditional athletic therapy and absolutely recommend Julia, she’s fantastic!

I am so happy and thankful to be working with Julia. I have significantly less pain and I’m moving better and feeling better in my daily life. For example taking stairs and getting up and down from any kind of seat are no longer painful. I’m a long way off being fully rehabilitated, but I know I am in excellent hands and I cannot thank Julia enough for all her efforts and attention. I had a motorcycle accident just over a year ago, and I’ve worked with various therapists and medical doctors over the last 12 months. I can honestly say that Julia is one of the best!
