Julia Cole is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor. She integrates her background in athletic therapy, strength and conditioning and yoga to help you reach your goals! 

She is enthusiastic about empowering individuals to actively participate in their health and wellness. Personally Julia enjoys an active lifestyle of snow boarding, hiking, lifting, running, mountain biking and yoga.
