Kaisha Scofield is a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), founder of Well and Strong Health and health writer for Boulevard Magazine.
Book with Kaisha
Kaisha’s practice is based on three pillars: move your muscles, fuel your brain, and love your guts. She focuses on education and empowerment, encouraging clients to become curious and excited about their digestive health.
By promoting the incorporation of whole foods, daily movement and self care her clients become experts at fuelling their body and cultivating wellness of the whole system. Kaisha also promotes inclusivity and practice the health at every size (HEAS) model, supporting health and wellness development for every body.
Kaisha is endlessly curious about digestive wellness. She completed her nutrition training at the Nutritional Therapy Association and has since undergone training and practice in anti- inflammatory health and blood sugar regulation. Her interests also include the relationship between mental health and nutrition, as well as supporting hormone regulation through nutrition practices.
Kaisha is a lover of all things movement, which has led to a deep understanding of the integral relationship between physical movement and digestive health. She grew up in Victoria, BC where she spent many years as dancer, later moving into the sport of kickboxing and boxing. Kaisha is a certified yoga instructor (hatha, ashtanga, yin), hobby cyclist and aspiring runner. Her current obsession is with weightlifting and CrossFit.
When not investigating digestive health and lifting heavy things, Kaisha is spending time with her husband, two children and their pets, Olive and Turnip.
