Julia completed her Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy and Diploma of Exercise and Wellness at Camosun College, and is one of our Athletic Therapists. She is also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Yoga Instructor and teaches yoga classes in the community for different sports teams and schools.

Julia has worked as an Athletic Therapist with various sports teams such as the Canadian Paralympic rowing team as they prepared for the 2016 Paralympics as well as the Westshore Rugby club and Field Hockey Canada. She has gravitated to working in the clinic setting now while taking a holistic approach, understanding how the mind-body connection plays a huge role in recovery.

.Julia is enthusiastic about empowering individuals to actively participate in their health and wellness. Personally Julia enjoys an active lifestyle of snow boarding, hiking, lifting, running, mountain biking and yoga.
