Julia is an experienced Athletic Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over 10 years helping clients move better, recover from injury, and reach their performance goals. She holds a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy and a Diploma in Exercise and Wellness from Camosun College and is also a Registered Massage Therapist and certified Yoga Instructor.

Julia has worked with a wide range of clients — from those new to movement and active adults, to recreational athletes and elite teams, including the Canadian Paralympic Rowing Team in preparation for the 2016 Olympics and Field Hockey Canada. She integrates hands-on therapy, evidence-based strength training, and movement education to create individualized plans that support both rehabilitation and performance.

She has always embraced an active lifestyle herself, participating in basketball, soccer, horseback riding, dance, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Today, outside of the clinic, Julia stays active through hiking, strength training, running, and yoga — bringing her passion for movement and healthy living into every session with her clients.
