In this all-levels yoga class, Julia will take you through an energetic flow to build stability, mobility and strength before transitioning into a series of low effort poses that promote relaxation. As an Athletic Therapist, you can expect effective cueing from Julia to meet your body where it’s at and mitigate injury.
