Running Series Video 2: Segmental Cat Cow

In this video, Athletic Therapist Sarah Black will demonstrate the segmental cat cow. The cat cow is a mobility exercise that improves spinal movement and control by focusing on moving each spinal segment independently. It enhances awareness of different parts of the spine and promotes better posture and movement patterns decreasing pain, minimizing injury risk and improving performance.
