Day 1: Functional Mobility Foundations
Athletic Therapist, Sarah Black will guide you through the foundations of Functional Mobility using concepts from Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). You’ll learn the difference between flexibility and mobility and how to achieve and strengthen new range of motion that you can access in your training to optimize performance and mitigate injury risk.
Equipment Needed: tennis ball or ball or socks 🙂
