In this video, Athletic Therapist Sarah Black demonstrates the 7th level of the deadbug exercises, the Pullover.
The deadbug exercise is an effective movement designed to engage and strengthen the muscles around the hip, pelvis and trunk. The Pullover is an advanced core exercise that builds off of our foundation of diaphragmatic breathing, works on maintain a strong core position while loading overhead.
