Deadbug Level 4: Around the World
The deadbug exercise is an effective movement designed to engage and strengthen the muscles around the hip, pelvis and trunk.The Around-the-World (or DNS 3 month with limb lower) builds off of our foundation of diaphragmatic breathing and works on maintain a strong core position while moving our limbs – an important skill for our day-to-day activities as well as sport.
